The apartments are located in via Kennedy 102, just above the historical centre which is a 10-minute walk away.
Built in 2005, Casa del Mar consists of 4 new apartments in a small stately 3-floor condominium 300 meters from the sea. There is a 5-minute walk to the closest beach resort in the south of Alghero. We guarantee comfort, tranquillity and silence.
The complex is situated on the second floor not served by lift. There are two-room apartments (approx. 50 square meters) and three-room apartments (approx. 65 square meters), ideal for a holiday in northwest Sardinia and especially in Alghero, as prices are so low, and far better than staying in a small hotel room or in shared spaces like B&B's. Casa del Mar is the best way to save money without giving up on comfort and total privacy.
