At all times of the year, Hotel Calabona is the ideal venue for your business meetings, conferences and courses. The hotel includes a modern, modular, air-conditioned conference hall that can seat up to 380 delegates, as well as small rooms seating between 10 and 200, which can be laid out to match the specific requirements of each event. There is also an administrative area, located in front of the main conference rooms.

Hall Seating capacity: up to 380 Recently modernised with excellent sound equipment, the Plenary conference hall is created by combining the Ginestra and Oleandro rooms. It has a surface area of 380m2 and a maximum height of 3.80m.

Ginestra Conference

Room Seating capacity: up to 150 Recently modernised with excellent sound equipment, the Ginestra conference room has a surface area of 160m2 and a maximum height of 3.80m.

Oleandro Conference

Room Seating capacity: up to 180 Recently modernised with excellent sound equipment, the Oleandro conference room has a surface area of 220m2 and a maximum height of 3.80m.

Ginepro Conference

Room Seating capacity: up to 60 This smaller room has a surface area of 60m2 and a maximum height of 2.80m.

Mirto Conference

Room Seating capacity: up to 25 This smaller room has a surface area of 42m2 and a maximum height of 2.80m.
