The skin-diving Course, held by Master Piergiorgio Caselli, takes place in the uncontaminated blue of the Capo Caccia - Isola Piana marine area. The course combines the skin-diving techniques to the oriental disciplines of yoga, chi-kung and meditation, paying particular attention to constant and variable weight free diving.
The Course foresees sessions which are held both aboard a boat and on the beach as well as the introduction to the practice of constant and variable weight free diving.
