Upon registration alghero-turismo.it guarantees for personal data processing within messages received by e-mail or electronic forms according to the Privacy Policy Act in force in Italy (d.lgs. 30 giugno 2003, n.196, in force from January 1st , 2004 ). Above all, personal data won’t be forwarded to a third party and the data processing is limited to notifications related to the web site and its contents as well as to the mailing service related to the website topics. Personal data is bound to be handled exclusively when processing performances are invoked by the Rule 24 under the Privacy Policy Act and according to which a user agreement isn’t requested. The user rights are explicitly regulated by the Rule 7 under the Privacy Policy Act and they can be exerted upon informal request easily by forwarding a recorded delivery or by faxing or e-mailing a note to either the holder or the person in charge of data processing (art.9 del d.lgs. 30 giugno 2003, n.196).
